Network

Network has a similar meaning to the regular English word. Here is an example, the Flag Rep Network.
Each org is supposed to have a Flag Representative, even if double-hatted. A Flag Rep in an org has no local senior, no-one who he has to report to locally. His senior will be in the nearest CLO.
Other Network representatives in org would be the Flag Banking Officer, the LRH Communicator and the Director of Special Affairs.
