The end phenomena of a process are those indicators, both visible in the pc and the meter, that show that a process is complete.

In normal English, "phenomenon" is singular and "phenomena" is plural. In Scientology, this distinction is sometimes lost, and one may come across "the end phenomena is...." In addition, it is not always clear if one should be talking about the end phenomenon non of a particular rundown or the end phenomenonna of a rundown. This question is neatly bypassed by using the abbreviation and saying, "The EP of the rundown is ...."

This is an example of how language usage in Scientology is sometimes sloppy or eccentric.
