One of the two main publishing houses for LRH books in the world, the other being New Era Publications International in Denmark. It is physically located in PAC, just around the corner from AOLA on Fountain Avenue.
On the Command Channels, the org is located at the level of Upper Middle Management. The crew go to the HGB to study along with the other orgs in that echelon.
